The Science and Technology Park (STP) is an institution orientated towards the fields of science, technology and business innovation. The STP is managed by a specialised team, which provides above standard services and its main objective is to increase the competitiveness of the Zlín Region. It uses its know how to create conditions for the dynamic development of activities of innovative companies through the Incubator and the spin-off process, it stimulates and manages the transfer of knowledge and technologies between universities, science work places, the company and the market and provides other services with added value together with very high quality premises and equipment.

The contribution of the STP is the creation of opportunities to meet, to become acquainted with and make contact with workers of the individual companies, which fosters the exchange of findings and experience outside the boundaries of the company.
