Association of Innovative Entrepreneurship Czech Republic:

Technology Innovation Centre Ltd. was delegated the representation of the Association of Innovative Entrepreneurship Czech Republic (hereafter AIP CZ) for the Zlín District. AIP CZ is a non government organisation for the area of innovative entrepreneurship, transfer of technologies and science and technology parks. It is a civic association whose goal it is to create conditions for the development of innovative entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic.

The main goals of the AIP CZ

• to create and make accessible an innovative infrastructure (the basis is System of innovative entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic) to the final users - innovative companies. The basis of the system is an Information Centre for Innovation and the Transfer of Technologies AIP CZ and the activity of the Club of Innovative Companies of the AIP CZ,
• to create conditions for a functional innovation market, i.e. connecting supply and demand for mature products, technologies and related services.

The main activities of the AIP CZ are orientated towards the final user (innovative companies, transfer workplaces, science and technology parks, research and development workplaces). AIP procures coordination activities of individual entities active in the field of innovative business (joint projects), executes its own programme INNOVATION XXI., whose goal it is to contribute to the increase of competitiveness of the Czech economy.

A part of the AIP CZ is the Information Centre for Innovation and the Transfer of Technologies (ICITT), Innovation Agency (AI), Centre for Research and Education (CVV) and an International Innovation Centre CZ (MIC), which primarily offers entrepreneurs these services:

• intermediation of demand and supply for technologies in the Czech Republic and abroad
• preparation of innovation and technology projects
• participation in exhibitions and trade shows
• seminars and conferences
• Transfer Days AIP CZ
• Club of Innovative Companies AIP CZ

The main goal of the Technology Innovation Centre will be to collect the latest information from the field of research and development and innovation, deliver them to institutions and companies, which are registered with agencies as bearers of innovations. Furthermore, to collect data, information and good examples of innovations in the Zlín District and to transfer them to other members of the AIP CZ. Another task is promotion and assistance when connecting activities of various institutions (research workplaces, schools, companies, government departments, etc.) and companies in the same field. The long term goals include the monitoring of the entire process, whether the improvement of information flows and personal contacts between the entities brings the expected changes.
