What it offers
The Business Incubator is an environment primarily for innovative starting companies, which under predefined conditions take advantage of favourable rents and services provided by the operator of the incubator, and which have the capacity to bring their product within a reasonable time horizon on to the market. The main reason for the existence of the Business Incubator is to provide practical assistance to those, who have a good business plan in the area of manufacturing or the provision of services and to those, who are looking for complex assistance in starting up their business. Complex services are supplied to the companies located in the incubator taking advantage of all available resources and support giving them an advantage according to the current conditions of the support programmes
Modern premises for light manufacturing and the provision of services:
- Rental subsidies up to 50% in the first year, 40% in the second year and 30% in the third year,
- flexible rental contract,
- possibility of growth and expansion into other premises,
- possibility to use the address of the incubator as the company's headquarters,
- good address,
- presence of consulting and support institutions,
- interactive cafeteria in the building.

- security of common areas,
- high speed internet connection, structured cabling,
- possibility to take advantage of modern communication systems (VoIP telephone),
- common reception services (mail, messaging, provision of information),
- lending of audiovisual technology,
- lending of office furniture,
- subsidised rental of the educational and presentation centre,
- subsidised rental of conference rooms,
- photocopying, scanning, cutting, shredding, binding of documents,
- common marketing promotion,
- assistance with the organisation of seminars, training, business meetings, etc.
- training seminars on selected business topics,
- project management,
- intellectual property protection, etc.
- legal advice in the area of business, labour (law) relations,
- advice on business planning,
- economic, accounting and marketing advice,
- advice on finding sources of finance for further business development,
- support in obtaining grants and loans,

Access to sources of finance:
Since May 2007 clients of the Business Incubator may gain an favourable loan within the framework of the "Mikroúvěr" (Micro-loan) programme. This programme was announced by Regional Support Fund Ltd. in cooperation with the BIC.
